Paypal Verify-Credit Card Address
 

I have been reading and learning the last few weeks, but I have a question I haven't figured out. I know you can get a VCC on the forums here to verify paypal, but isn't paypal also looking at the address on the card? Or is that a different higher level verification that looks at credit card address?

VCC confirm the address.

Bank account verify the account.

We use VCC that bypass the AVS for the most part so address is not an issue.

So if I buy a VCC from a vendor on this site they will ask for the address I want? And they will get me a card with the address I need?

Paypal does attempt to match address on file to that registered to the VCC - BUT some VCCs allow for auto-match up...

So purchase a VCC from this forum and that will be taken care of?

Yes, The seller of the VCC will not ask you for your Address, you will get the Card Number, Expiration Date, CVC Code.

Alternatively you can buy a Vanilla Visa Gift Card which will do the same, only with the Vanilla all you have to do is register the zipcode associated with the Stealth Address.
