Paypal Stealth account and add Visa card
 

Hello,

I have question for you guys I will explain everything like this:
John Mc have stealth account which is Tom Anderson from UK or another EU Country , they are same country.
John Mc add VCC first and everything verified for his Tom Anderson Stealth paypal, but if John Mc add VISA BUSINESS CARD WHICH IS JOHN MC NAME , Does paypal see it or there is no matters and paypal do not see who name card is ?

" JOHN MC HAD PAYPAL ACCOUNT BEFORE WHICH BANNED" but now he have another card with different Visa card number.

Paypal cannot see the name of the card unless you GIVE it...they see the address based on registration of card to the address...hope it's clear

They cannot see names on cards.

They can see if the address is different though.

Address of Card? most important thing is addres of country or whole address?

because same person from same country , but address stealth account and real person is different, How can I clear that? Register card with address which not have ban?

Entire PP address needs to match entire card address or it will fail to add.

But Then when you add VCC , PAYPAL not see what card it is real or vcc , but in vcc there is no address only address - country , thats all.

Change your flag to your actual country please.

As I have already said some of the VCCs we use bypass the AVS check so its not an issue.

So best way creat VISA card with name I want that doesnt matter only matters address of Card ?

Name of Visa card is irrelevant - address is key - I still would never use my real name when not absolutely necessary

What is best way for withdraw then? use prepaid card or have USA BANK ACCOUNT? Or there is another way because in Europe in my country " EAST"
Its hard to find good bank or pre paid card which will work good.
If you have any offers pleasse let me know it would be perfect for all of us.

What country are you dealing with for PP? If US - then yes bank account...
