Cant add my vanilla visa GC to PP
 

So i made 2 accounts 1 is 100% verified, minus a SSN. the other I can not get the card to link, everytime it gives me an error. Im trying to use a vanilla visa GC, I tried using 3 different ones same error. on my 1st account I had no problem (did 5 days ago), this new account it wont attatch, any reason why?

How about you tell us what the error is....otherwise were all just going to be guessing blindly.

I assume you registered the zipcode on Vanilla Visa Gift Card website?

yes it is registered. the error is "Sorry, but that credit card can't be linker to additional paypal accounts. please link a different credit card"

Then that means the card has already been used by someone somewhere

it was used on my old account that was banned, the card was unlinked but still had the transaction history on it. IDK if this will cause them to link? anyone know? Ill report if it gets limited. I added a new card and worked fine. lets hope for the best on this new account? lol

yeah this was before I used stealth I had probably 100 cards on my old PP :/

If there is manual review, a link can be found. Account might be fine now but I wouldn't depend on it...it's a pretty bad link because PP keeps track of any info where something has been ATTEMPTED to be added...

annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd its gone. got a message from ebay basically saying to call them to confirm who I am. so i just deleted that user on my computer and starting over.
