Which VCC can verify Israeli PayPal without issues?
 

Hello everyone,

I just bought a VCC from a member here, after adding him I got blocked and been asked to confirm credit card+ proof of address.


I made over 20 accounts and all was just fine in the last 8 months..

Any suggestions which VCC can work in Israel? Thanks!

Unless you tests the various VCC from sellers and find one that works or get in touch with some experienced member from your country in here.

I had the same problem in my country. Some VCC worked and some other don't. Moreover, things changes rapidly. VCCs that worked 6 months ago are not working now.

Get yourself a gift card from your country and you should be fine. :thumb:

Thank you! I'm not so familliar with giftcards though, how can I sign on the internet with the giftcard to receive the 4 digital numbers?

You have to find a giftcard which has the option for you to check balance.

Oh alright, and I just found out I have a gift card but when i try to attach it to my PayPal it won't work, I believe that's because this specific gift card is for specific store in Israel...

I need another type of giftcard but how do I get it? I mean how it calls?

Well... how can I help... in my country there is a "generic purpose" gift card which is a MASTERCARD loaded with 25, 50 or 100€ you can spend wherever you want. It is not tied to a specific brand or shop... it is just like money.

Oh I see, there's the same thing here but the problem is that each person can hold 2 cards only, he can't have more than 2 cards since you have to provide ID.

I guess this is not the same case as urs?

No ID... the purpose of Gift card is to have no name associated.. try to find one.

The gift card can be a problem here in the UK as well, at least in our part off it, finding cards that are not linked to any particular store, and can be linked to paypal, is an issue for anyone who tries that route, VCC's are't good best option for us.

You use stealth setup with different info 20 times...

Stick to making one.

Get to understand that and use it well.

Then like you asked in your other thread, start making 5 accounts.

Later, you will not need to ask how to make 20 accounts.


You start simply with one.

And spread out from there.

Otherwise you make errors and have troubles. Takes time but you end up being really good with stealth.
