Paypal doesnt take $1.95 to verify address anymore?

Am I missing something? I've added my Vanilla Visa Card to paypal upon opening it but it didn't take the normal small amount for verification purposes.

What do I have to do to verify my account? I hope I explained myself correctly.. :help:

What I want to know is how to turn it back to the old website. Click on classic view and it's still the new garbage. With that said, once your account is limited, its all the old stuff. :noidea:

That will unlock the infinite selling mode where u can sell as much as VERO as you want without having one issue. Try it out and let me know how good it works.
