-Account
- Site Preferences
-Shipping Preferences
-Exclude shipping locations from your listings Yes Edit

And than just click edit and you will see all the countries and check off everything that you want

Hrm. I found some of those settings in ebay not not paypal. I wasnt however able to find "Exclude locations" It's not there. I even tried control F. Please help. thank you.

Those settings don't exist in Paypal....Only on Ebay.

Just go line by line under buyer requirements , it is there, just look carefully, there is a lot of different options bunched together

Thanks, Found it but..

I was talking about U.S verified accounts only. I heard you could block payments from paypal accounts who were not U.s Verified. This only blocks buyers who's primary shipping address is not in the U.S from what I am reading. Or am I looking at this wrong?. Thanks.

You can't block unverified buyers.....there's no option anywhere.

There is an option to block buyers without a Paypal account in buyer requirements but not unverified
