Do PayPal Donations / Donate Button tranasctions still trigger holds?

Just curious if using a Donate Button to accept donations on a new account, if that still triggers the 21 day holds on new accounts?

I would think they do but that is a very good question if you find out let us know

PP still does holds on non-eB transactions so I would think so but I don't use this feature to confirm
