Sending PayPal an email

Hi,

I know that calling is a bad idea, so I emailed PayPal to ask them to do something for me. I have two questions.

1. Am I screwed?
2. I got a automated email, will they look over my email at all?

Depends on what you asked PayPal to do......

Usually that's what the process is....you get an automated email and then....who knows.

You need to reply to that email for a PayPal rep to respond, at least from my experience. ;)
