Say you're lucky enough to get through to a CS Rep and you begin trying to make them understand what has happened.
I'd like to hear your stories of the stupidest, craziest or most annoying things that has happened (we all know it takes a lot of higher education to get a job at a help desk)
I just called paypal before ... here is a clip of the conversation:
CSR: where are you calling from sir?
me: overseas
CSR: what do you mean , overseas?
me: not America
CSR: OHHHHH!!! let me transfer you to our international department
