Withdrawing from paypal in a non supported country

So here in pakistan, the only way to withdraw from paypal was through payoneer, since payoneer is now having some issues with paypal it seems not much of a solid solution anymore,

Do any other members here know of a alternate to payoneer or a diffrent withdrawal method to use, in non supported paypal countries
