This is also a known issue per my last rep I spoke to. They supposedly are trying to fix the problem. He said, the glitch has to do with the IP address being in a different location the account's address.

Yeah, you are exactly right! Same answer for me. They told me that they adjusted my account to work with the new location and computer.

hmh...so different IP can cause this issue..why didn't i think of that. but i don't think the account is a complete lost even if you get the same error message again...because they said the same thing to me but I got the same message after they FIXED it...just call and ask them to manually deposit into your bank. They might need to get their supervisor involve though. I'll continue to use mine until my other account age.
