Just 1 question.
After I buy this stealth guide, will I learn how to avoid 21 paypal holding when I make new stealth account?

Is it possible to avoid it?

lol no you wont learn this as it is on all new accounts.

You need to ship fast, mark as posted/mailed & put tracking numbers and the money will be released quicker.

After 60-90 days from when you first sold on the account, the holds will be removed.
As long as your DSR ratings are good.

If your DSR gets low/bad your holds may go back on again.
