PayPal holds on mobile payment?

Hello everyone been years since i posted on the forum :peace:

I have a question that i am hoping some of you could answer. Do paypal payments get a hold on new accounts if its sent to my paypal mobile number?

If i send a paypal mobile invoice to the buyer will i get the 21 day hold?

I tried that a few weeks ago, and the funds placed on hold for 21 days.
But in the transaction i marked it as processed virtual goods, and they released the funds after 3 days.
