IF you have to call paypal
 

I've bit the bullet between a dozen and 20 times over the last few weeks and had to call into Paypal. Finally, twice I got a hold of "lauren" who helped me with my issues after no one else did. She knows what she doing. If you can, ask for her.

Don't think it works that way. You get connected to someone completely random and if you try to ask for someone they'll tell you they cannot connect you. Tried it before.
Also, you might raise suspicion if you ask for a specific person - and now who knows how many will be asking for this specific person.

Consider yourself lucky because that is not the "norm". Slokor is very right.

if the rep can't help or asking too much informations..just hang up and redial :D

But first mention that the line is breaking up and you cannot hear a thing and that youll call back. Otherwise - again - you raise suspicion.
