How does one use paypal balance to make a purchase?
 

Is it possible? I have about 200 in friends and family payment I want to use but every purchase I try to make uaing paypal gets canceled.

This happened on one of my stealths and i realized it was a systemic problem. i usually withdraw to bank. However, I had some balance in one od my stealth, about 200. I went to buy some memory cards via target. Order placed. Then went under review then Canceled. I tried to buy a cheap digital camera. Same thing. Went under review then canceled.

About a week ago I went on my other stealth with 1000 balance. I tried to buy some gift cards from gyft.com. Error saying paypal placed thd payment under review so gyft.com canceled it. Tried to buy some TVs from best buy. Order placed. Under review. canceles.

Everything canceled. Why does Paypal even have store directories? I cant even shop.

Like GB said very vague...Is your balance pending or clear funds?

@OP, do you have to use PP? Why not look for alternative options

That's why. You have to send paypal as goods or otherwise they see it as fraud b.
