People have mentioned 24 hrs/now 72 hrs...

Is this for waiting 72 hrs (used to be 24 hrs) before cashing out after receiving a payment to your paypal acct?

or something else?

With newer accounts they seem to review it longer
with more established accounts its usually still 24 hours.

ah, so this is period of a withdrawal being "pending"?
or recommended amount of time to wait before cashing out?

I would suggest 2-3 days after the funds release...until your account is aged.

Not a recommended time as such.

First withdrawals should not be 'rushed'. Full balance should not be withdrawn.

Always preferable to leave a balance in the account.

Aim is to increase paypal's trust of your account.
