Every time i add bank info "An unknown service error occurred"

An unknown service error occurred.

I keep getting this message and have not been allowed to bank info because of it.

The bank and paypal accounts are both new.

anyone know why this keeps coming up?

Hopefully just a glitch on your new account, try different browsers, if still same message you won't know more until tomorrow probably

This sometimes happens when youre using a bank that paypal have blacklisted and prefer to see not used on their system.
What bank were you trying to use? was it Capital one 360 by any chance? or Ally?
