I purchased a account of a lad here not too long ago
Now this is my first time withdrawing money
I added a brand new debit card account onto it
I tried to withdraw and it wants me to verify this device
So i tried doing so but it doesnt allow me to change the phone number nor the credit card information
What can i do?
All help really appreciated |

applebaum | 02-04-2015 10:56 AM | Re: URGENT help needed I've had this issue. It is almost impossible to add/change the phone number on paypal and I've had this issue a lot when trying to add the bank account.
I waited a few days, tried again, same issue..... waited again and it worked! There are a few threads on the forum about this topic, it isn't as dire as it seems. |

The account was 100% bank verified before adding this withdrawal method?
There is a few threads about not recognizing this device. Sometimes it falls off after a day or two. |

You have 2 options to do this: either log in to the bank account for instant verification or have paypal deposit 2 small deposits in your account and you confirm it. 2nd option takes 2-3 days. |

It will not allow to change the number and if it does, when you go to verify this device the number disappears and you have to manually add it. After it's added you get the "this number does not appear to be registered to you" error. I had to call. |

It maybe to do with how old the account is YEbaY, if you bought it not very along ago may need to wait a while before you can change things like the phone number on it, have you contacted the account seller? They will give you advice on how soon to change details on it. Never wise to phone eBay or PayPal as that just attracts attention to your account, better to message account seller, if that's is one of the good ones they should offer you all the help they can!! |
