SSN Verification
 

I am opening a new Paypal Account, because my eBay account was shut down. They never said anything about my Paypal account and my Paypal account does not seem to be limited. But I know that the paypal and ebay are of course connected.

My question is when opening the new paypal I will have every single detail different than the last account, but how do I get around the SSN issue? Can I use my business EIN? Would they activate that as a full account instead of attaching it to a social? Or would I need to get someones social and use it?

I just signed up a new paypal account and NO WHERE did they ask for my SSN?

You can use and EIN. They don't ask for Tax ID right away. Normally after like 50 sales or a certain dollar amount you will likely get the request. You still need to go through the stealth practices in order create accounts and make sure nothing get linked. There may be a way to recycle your other PayPal but I can not share it on the board.
