Paypal is blocking adding bank account

I cannot seem to add my bank account to paypal .I am not new to this , this just recently started happening they are geo mapping according to rep . I have to verify my identity via a series of question ...Sorry we cannot process this order at this time

Bought the account on this forum never had a issue until recently
The account is fully verified when I get it only needs a bank account when I try to add my new bank account number and routing its says "sorry but we cannot complete at this time " its is happing on all my new accounts , I am using different log ins and different VPN for all . When I call paypal they advise be they need to ask personal questions to verify me .

Actually everything is correct tried to add a different bank provider and it worked the current bank provider is not working

VPN might be going out of favor too.

I experienced the same issue and changed banks.
The bank in question (at least for me) was capital one.
Looks like they completely blacklisted the use of this bank.

Sorry - I meant Capital 360.
Been trying to use them and for the last couple of weeks they are NOT working. Getting the same error message the OP has mentioned. This has happened on pretty much every single new account I tried them on - and I do open a LOT of accounts.
Breathcycle2 - have you actually used them within the last 2 weeks? Im asking about Capital 360 - NOT Capital one.

Yes. Cap360 is what I use. I just added one to an account the other day and did a transfer. Two transfers actually.

Oh you know what. Have you tried it lately? Capitalone360 changed their login procedure, so that might be the cause.

I use them they're too big to block...but nothing is impossible in EB world. I would've thought they would've blocked GMAC/Ally a long time ago but hey haven't.

Depends on the page Im trying it on it gives one of 2-3 error messages. The basic message is something along the lines of: "sorry but we cannot complete at this time "
And no it has nothing to do with the account because I just add a different bank account from a different bank and it works just fine.
