I just got a £10 voucher free from PayPal so can you read here
 

PayPal had a glitch in their system today that sent out 1000s of emails to customers saying that you had to confirm your bank details. So I phoned
them to complain to say I had already confirmed my bank details so whats this about, after checking my details they said sorry heres a £10 money
off voucher when you make any purchase over £25 from ebay, its not a big deal but its something for nothing. You can do it to just call in if you got the mail.

Ive had many of those through ebay over time and the offer was better.
Like £10 off if you spend over £20 blah blah

Those are very common...usually you only have to call PayPal and the minute the call is answered you will receive one.

And then you get a permanent ban for "suspicious activity".
