We cannot process your request at this time??? BOA
 

I tried to add a boa to my paypal last night and this mourning and I got the following message

"We cannot process your request at this time. Please Try again"

I tried before using BOA savings and it worked and that was last month ago. I tried this month and made 5 stealth accounts (I made 4 yesterday and one today). And I'm getting that error using different account numbers. Let me tell you what I'm doing...

I use vmware

I have comcast and I have a belkin router so I'm able to change my mac and get a new ip no problem. I keep a very detailed ip log since the time I started making stealth accounts so I never used the same ip twice and their is no way to link me with that.

I use real info for my stealth (family etc) all information is golden. I got their permission to use their info and I know they don't have paypal accounts (too old for that)

I have a real phone attached that is also on the public registry with the information I used. I also have their ssn just in case any problems come up.

I added a Vanilla Gift Card also.

The Bank I used is Boa, a month ago I made a stealth account using a BOA Saving account (the bank as a different name but doesn't matter) and it worked. Now I made 5 stealth accounts 4 yesterday and 1 today and they all gave me this same message "Cannot process". I then used a different bank on those same accounts (Emigrant Direct) and it worked. So their is a problem with paypal or boa. All these boas were checking

I called paypal and they told me that your information is not in the public data base. I'm like (in my mind) bull**** I seen lot of people using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and still get by using their ebay and paypals. They were asking for my ssn to help me so I hung up since I didn't like how this was going.

Doing more research I realized paypal had a maintenance thing going on today and i believe yesterday. Right now I'm going to see if I can open another bank else where like a union or chase and maybe a boa saving.

Anyone else having a problem yesterday or today?

I guess PayPal does not like Bank of America because Payoneer uses it, which is not allowed at PP. You should try another bank.

LOL never said it doesn't work, just saying that for some reason I was given this and I tried different banks back in the day. First it was Etrade and then I used AllyBank and then I used Cap360 (ing) and then Emigrant Direct. All of these banks got shut down, with the exception of Emigrant Direct, they told me to stop getting deposits from paypal or else. just to verify the paypal account.

As for my saving direct debit is not enabled. Ether way I'm going to give it a few days and see what happens it seems their was a problem. At least I don't have people saying boa is done, since I know that's a big bank their is no way they will blacklist it lol.

sometimes you can email them to add it

they will send an automated response but reply to that message

or you can call them but that would be last resort

Like that's remotely true.

BoA is one of the biggest banks in the US banking system.

It's a glitch.

Please avoid spreading unfounded stories.

I just tried again none of my boa works. Hmm ill try using a different bank or just use ccs to verify myself.

I wonder if my boa is somehow linking me or just ****ed up.

At this point i would call pp can't hurt account is useless without a bank anyway

I called paypal their asking me to verify who I am like whats your ssn etc. What I'm going to do is have one of my friends to open a BOA and link it to see if that works.

Call again. There is zero reason to identify you just because you want to add a bank account.

I received the same message using Capital One 360. My information was stopped at Paypal's security system. I don't know why though. Anyone have any ideas?

Recommend not using 360 anymore, get BOA or Chase now

That's a banking combo not recommended in any case.
