Virtual CC???? Quesiton
 

Ok need some help understanding Virtual CC--I am assuming instead of me looking for an acceptable pre paid /gift card I can get a virtual CC to use as my varification for paypal correct? Now if I am correct, how does that work--if I use a bogus address to set up my pp acct--wont that VCC I purchase have a differnt address-and therefor would not match?

Have a look into Entropay.

You use your real details for Entropay. Entropay will then bypass the AVS check so your address will not matter

A VCC will not verify a PayPal though. Only a bank account or a VBA will

Try not to get the terms mixed up.

Verify - bank account
Confirm - VCC

Entropay for example needs to.be opened in your real details.
You just submit the numbers to paypal to confirm your.account. They do not share details with paypal.
So its fine to open in real details and attach to a paypal which has ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details :-)

Also, I have purchased an acct, got a mifi, new user, new bank, my last piece i need is a credit card for pay pal right? I am struggling with that piece-everything I look at in walmart says you need to verify your address yada yada and my stealth acct has a different address-so I can't do that---so HELP PLEASE

If you bought an account, it already has a VCC and VBA most likely.
