Can I just use the debit MasterCard that comes with my bank acct has a card vs going out and buying a visa card ?

Not recommended, that card is registered to your address and Paypal will not accept it.

ZERO relationship to a Credit card and a Bank account.

Credit cards must match Zip Code. Banks must be USA based.

When you add your Bank Account, Paypal cannot see the Name, Address on file with that specific bank account. When you add a Debit/Credit Card to Paypal, Paypal can see the Address associated with that Card.

So when I go out and get one of those pre paid gift cards, what address do I enter and since its a gift card, there really isn't a address pp can cross check is there?

You use the ZIP CODE of your stealth account address if not it will fail the test.

So I go get a pre paid visa gift card, and I call the gift card company and put a address with the gift card or do I just enter the card on pay pal and do my stealth address and they just assume its a registered card?

If you go a Vanilla Visa Gift Card, do the following:
1. Buy your Gift Card
2. Go to https://www.vanillavisa.com/home.htm...ard&csrfToken=
3. Enter the Card Number, Expiration Date, 3 Digit Security Code
4. Go to Register
5. Enter the "STEALTH'S" Zipcode
6. Done
