Unable to create a new Paypal account
 

I was able to create one Stealth account using Capital One 360 but it asked me to confirm two small deposits and I did.

I tried to create a second Paypal account but I get stopped at the screen trying to link a new bank account using Capital One 360. It tells me it is unable to link it. I am not sure if it's detecting an IP or that the bank account is under my real name.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Did you retry after few moments or refresh the account? PP has issues and glitches all the time with adding bank or CC info

Yes, I even tried on a different computer.

I suggest you stop what you are doing, purchase the stealth guide and read around.

Cap360 has been on paypals radar for a few years now as being a bad bank to use.

Also, are you using a VPN or the same IP address? You did not specify.
If you tried to do all of this on ONE ip address then yes, paypal will remember what you did prior and block the actions.

I will try to change the IP through the cable modem and see if that fixes the issue.

Let me know how that works, and I just read Donalds wonderful daily email and it said cap 360 savings was awesome to use...

This is whats great about the forum. Things are updating constantly :)

What worked in the past may not or need to be modified in the future :D
