paypal question
 

can someone tell me briefly how to open a paypal account with a prepaid mastercard. I have read the stealth guide 10 times and it makes no sense, sorry, I am not stupid, I have an IQ of 150.

1. Can I use a made up name.
2. Can I use prepaid ($100) VISA debit card (Vanilla)
3. The address I put in there will be my work address.
4. I tried setting up account and putting the card in later and it came back "bank turned down my request for credit based on address?"

Someone explain how to do this in plain english.

The stealth guide makes perfect sense. It is easy to understand.

If you are genuinely having trouble creating a new account, I would advise you to just buy one from the marketplace.

Then all you need to do is create a new user on your computer and use a fresh ip.

Your seller would guide you through the rest of the process.

If your just trying to add a card to PP then look at entropay.

Its generally a lot simpler to use.

Hey JN, is it still OK for US members to use entropay for verification? Been reading up some old posts where it gives people trouble. Some get limited right after they deposit the 2 amount. Even with a verified bank account on file, i'm hesitate to add an entropay card on there >.<

No one has read the OP's question. He is asking how to open a paypal account AND open a prepaid master card.
