I have sent 20 emails this past wk . Got no answer. I need to call them. I'm just afraid to call.

Why afraid? Over what issue? Very slow on response to e-mails.

If it's just a matter of waiting, then that's one thing. But if they just send automated messages and call it good, then I might have to call.

Only thing is, it's a stealth account and if they were to say, ask for a SSN or something personal and I cannot answer, I will not only looking like a fool but worse, my account could get suspended with hundreds of dollars in there.

PayPal has always replied within 24 hours to me, you need to make sure that once they send the automated email you reply to that and say something like "i dont want a generic response" then you get a real reply

Afraid because is stealth account and I don't know if the id ⊗⊗⊗⊗r ap really works to conceal my real phone

Generic automated reply comes pretty fast. You have to best them to get a real response. I tend to ring if its something that PayPal must be contacted about. Contacting PayPal should always be a last resort though

I emailed paypal recently I think through the paypal website help or contact us page. I got an automated reply which basically told me what was on their website. But at the bottom of the email it said to reply to the email if it did not answer my question, which I did and explained my question further and I got a real response that did explain it further.
