Pending paypal withdraw request
 

Hello,

Account fully verified , first withdraw to pre paid card. Account stealth.
Make request on Feb 23 - 360 GB and same 360 GB Feb 24

Now its Feb 25, still pending, could anyone explain why? From others account withdraw (pending) max 24hours

Also when make withdraw get message like this:

We’ve received your request to withdraw money from your PayPal account to your card:

Requested withdrawal amount: £360.00 GBP

Card: VISA x-xxxx

Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxx

At PayPal, our primary concern is making sure that your money is secure. We do this by routinely reviewing some transactions. We’ve placed your withdrawal under review and this will last for up to 3 business days. If it passes our review, we’ll release it and the regular withdrawal timeframe will then take effect. How are you withdrawing to a card? PP UK is bank only I thought...at least from my experience...

Im from East Europe.
Feb 23 - 360 GB Pounds and same 360 GB Pounds on Feb 24

Also,There is money in account too. Its not empty

I had the same issue today for the money to be in pending status for up to 3 days. I've had many accounts and it has never been 3 days, it went through instantly or were pending up to 24 hours.

I'm not sure if I should make another withdrawal until the 1st one isn't completed.

Sometimes PayPal take longer because they do checks or perhaps your bank is lacking and has not processed the payment.

Wait out the FULL 72hours then wait another 24 on top of that if nothing still changes maybe try calling paypal using a re-routed number

There is nothing to do with banks. It's paypal who is "checking" withdrawals due to "security" reasons. After it completes the withdrawal then there might be some delays due to banks.
Usually it doesn't take longer than the shown period of 24 or 72 hours. If it says 24 hours, that means after 24hrs and several minutes it will be completed and so on.

But my question was if it's ok to do an additional withdrawal until the 1st one isn't completed???

I am currently subject to this across all my new stealth accounts. I have made 4-5 withdrawals on them all, and yes the 21 day hold is still in place but I add the tracking so they are available after 4 - 5 days. So when do they stop doing the 72 hour checks?

You have to become a reliable account holder. After several withdrawals it sometimes completes instantly, sometimes takes 24 hours.
one23four, you had both pending withdrawals completed at the same time, or the 2nd one was completed a day later?

First withdrawal can be long, up to 3 days. A couple of next withdrawals take around 1 day to check. And if it is going well, all next withdrawals will occur instantly. But of course, paypal paranoia can suddenly occur, and review will happen again.

This happens to my legit account all the time. I have around 500 feedback, all 100% and defect rate of 0.4%. No returns ever so the account is as clean as they come.
I just wrote about it in another thread as well, that it's been happening for about a month now I think where the withdrawl time is sometimes 2 hours, sometimes 24, sometimes 72 and then it goes back to 2 hours etc.
Doesn't matter what sums I take out or how often, doesn't matter how much I leave in the account... It just is very, very random at times.
It usually goes from 72hours back to 2 hours as soon as the payment has cleared and then for next couple of payments it's 24hours, then back to and then back to 72.
Like I said, for me personally it's totally random.

That falls within the 1-5 day timeframe
