eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Does tax limitation reset in January?

Several accounts that were fully limited after I didn't give an EIN/SSN are fully reinstated, yet I still have the request on the accounts. Anyone experience this? If so, is it only a matter of time before they reenter the fully limited stage again?

It does reset after January 31st of the following year. Sometimes January 1st.

Because that's what I have on mine, so I just assumed I still could not receive payments, but I never actually tried to send money to this PP...
