Really you want to be verifying each PayPal account. For that you will need a UK bank account.

You can only use 1 bank account per PayPal, so yes you ideally wants 1 bank account per PayPal account :thumb:

For each paypal account you DO need a new bank account.

You cannot add the same bank account to more than one paypal account, paypal block you from doing this and i am sure if you try it, you will get linked anyway.

What do you mean when you say 'can i open multiple paypal accounts'
do you mean in the same details or different details?

Yes you can open more than one paypal account but if you will to ensure that each one has its own unique ID and the documentation to back that up if you do or do not intend on using them with stealth ebay accounts
