Please help.
 

Please help me, im confused here. Paypal has limited my account after 1 year and have sent me an email with this;

- invoices referencing your purchase or acquisition of the items involved in the following transactions:

And there is 5 transactions/items stated.

I sent them the invoice i received from my supplier, about 30 mins after sending them this i received the same email basically but saying that the invoice i sent is ineligbe. But no info as to why its ineligible.

Im very confused, anyone ever been in similar situation? And if so how do i resolve this issue before i tare my hair out.

Did you send in a 'small' scan/ copy that you have to zoom in to read?

Just call them and ask what's wrong with the documents you've sent them.
