Hi Guys,

I need to purchase 2 stealth unlimited account. But before I do this I was wondering how do I withdrawl my payments from paypal since payoneer is out of the question. Should I open a US VBA account and wire to China?

Any suggestions? Please let me know any solutions I still need to purchase VBA accounts.

Wire to China, now I'm confused. Are you in Canada or are you in China with a Canadian Flag? If your not in Canada you need to change your flag.

There are 2 options:
1. A Bank Account, VBA's do not count
2. Send Funds from 1 Paypal to another (this option is the most dangerous and not recommended)

I'm in canada now but will be going to china so I will need to find a way to cash PayPal money out in china. Any suggestions?

Attach Canadian Bank and take debit card with you? I believe you can do cash withdrawals from debit on ATMs.

you can take money with internationall visa or master card a lot of atm here(i am live in China)

Go to RBC.
Open a Canadian account with them. Then open a US bank account with them as well (they offer those and you can do so from Canada without ever going to the US).
Transfer of your funds from RBC US to RBC Canada is a matter of clicking a button on the website.
From there pulling the funds out with your ATM debit card anywhere in the world should be a simple matter.
Unless of course there is something shady about what youre trying to do here...

OP states he wishes to buy two accounts and is trying to figure out the cashout methodology before doing so.
