Is an account more solid after limitation?
 

Is an account more solid after the limitation has been removed? For example paypal accepted the docs and they removed the limitation...

It is a bit safer, but still, if you do it wrong, your EB will be suspended, and if you did it VERY wrong, PP can be limited again.

I'm talking about paypal already removed the limitation.

If you try to sell something high-risk, it will be limited again for sure. Actually, there are usually issues with EB, not PP, which can be pleased quite easily if all documents are in hand.

Once PayPal is limited and you get the limitation removed, yes the account is still in the spotlight and in my experience fragile

So best thing is to sell some low risk items between $5 -$50 for a couple weeks, and gradually increase the amounts

PayPal can easily put another limitation that won't be removed

If you are limited and then the limitation is removed, the account is a little more "solid"...HOWEVER, that doesn't mean you're safe. They can and WILL limit you again if they deem necessary (or even if they don't deem necessary). Once you provide docs or whatever it is that they want, they then tend to think "this guy just may be legit"....or at least that's what they want you to think.
