Not sure what is confusing? | Thanks i wasn't sure where or what you could file a dispute within 180 days. Because i have not experienced any kind of 180 day return on Ebay (Other than chargebacks and that not even a Ebay return). I already knew you could file a dispute within 180 days on Paypal to Paypal transactions but apparently you can also file within 180 days on any transaction on Ebay threw Paypal.
Other than the Marketplace fairness act that is the most absurd, and impractical thing I've ever heard that is associated with Ebay or Paypal.
In fact that is so illogical that im going to hop on that gravy train and start taking stuff back after months after purchase. Quote:

Chargebacks have nothing to do with paypal. It is up to the policy of the credit card. | All of my credit cards i own can do charge backs within 180 days i think that is pretty standard at least it is for me. The only reason i associated chargebacks to Paypal is because its a way you can be out your money and your items and people can do a credit card chargeback on Paypal using there credit card. |
