PayPal & 180 Days
 

I had my original first ever made PP account limited just over 6 months ago so i have contacted them via email asking for release of my funds (£1800) since the 180 days had passed without any issues what so ever with my account. They contacted me back saying that my account is STILL under review & once they have an update they will email me back, I message them back asking could they give me an ETA, They replied saying at this time we cannot give you an ETA please have some patience while the account gets reviewed.

Sounds like to me that i am basically being told that i will NOT be getting my funds & they are just palming me of with excuses? Its been over 180 days so why is the account still under review? I was thinking about contacting them over the phone maybe instead? See if i get some better answers that way? The PP account is all in my original information so if they asked for ID ETC i would be able to provide it without any issues.

If it's your real account with no issues than definitely call in and if they need to ask public record questions or need u to upload your ID you can do all that

Something to do with i had claimed to many refunds from my eBay accounts... Guess someone had reported me & they looked into it. The account was ' Limited ' an they asked me so send ID the day it got limited so i did an they messaged me saying they have decided NOT to reinstate my account, But that was over 6 months ago an my account for the last 6 months has been in perfect standing.

Just starting to think they are NOT going to give me my funds, Witch i already know there is nothing i can do about it because PP are NOT a bank & basically they can screw over people very easy & get away with it. Was just curious if anyone else had this issue once the 6 months had passed.
