they are all US Made account with wrong details and everything .. how can i withdraw my funds.. ? ohh yes i am not from US i am from Pakistan. plzz help.

on one PayPal i am trying to Add " First Century Bank " US Bank account but its always give me error " Request not complete this time " ... i dont know what to do now .. :(

Could just be a system error. Try waiting a couple of hours then trying again. PayPal's system tends to cause errors at times.
