i have a phillipine paypal i bought from a friend i used it and it got a limitation

change security questions and password

and confirm cc

can i use any vcc to do this? and will the limitation be removed immediately?

Adding a VCC doesn't just remove a limitation.

They're asking you to confirm the cc. You MUST. Retrieve the cc # used for that account. Vcc won't work with your case. Ask your boy for it.

brownsauce215 is correct. It sounds like PayPal wants you to re-enter the credit card information so they can confirm the account was not hacked. The other possibility is that they want to see the credit card account statement - but the email you got would have specified that if that is what they wanted.

Ask your friend for the credit card details and enter them.

In the future, you should either start your own accounts or buy them. Using another person's account is NEVER a good idea. If anything goes wrong, you could sour the relationship.

If there is a CC entered on the account before you took over, they want you to confirm the numbers on the CC. They could has you Exp. Date, Last 4, and prolly the CVV #.

Doesn't matter they want to confirm that # used on this account. This is why IPs and cookies are so big when transferring accounts from one person to another. Static IP must be maintained for the life of the account to prevent these kinds of triggers.

ok guys the limitation came off the paypal dont have a vcc
when i try to pay i get error when i try buy on ebay i get merchant error is it because no vcc attached?

depends on error message, what does it say? is the message, once you have been diverted through to paypal? but yes, no payment method, is going to get you nowhere if buying if there is no balance of funds in paypal...

have you tried adding another card?You can have more than one added.

Keep notes of all CC's, Vcc's that are used on accts. (LOG EVERYTHING)
