What happens if....
 

You removed 21 Day hold on Paypal by fulfilling their requirements and then you attach this to an eBay that is brand new? Do you still get holds when you sell on eBay?

no. Holds are removed on the first ebay account,
and doing that method is just asking for trouble lol..

Paypal has 21 day requirements for Outside of Ebay transactions and transactions directly from Ebay. Just because you get past the 21 day holds from outside-of-ebay sales....does NOT mean you can take payments from Ebay sales and have No-21-Day Holds.

This is a really bad idea, your going to have issues if you follow this type of plan.

While eBay and PayPal allow you to have more than one eBay seller account, I rarely do this. It CAN lead to trouble. The only time I ever tried this was years ago when I sold some things in the "adult" category. I didn't want my regular customers for my non-adult items to see that I was also selling in the adult section, since some people have a moral objection to things like that.

Paypal does no hold on accounts. No 21 day b.s. EBAY holds the money for 21 days and Paypal is just an "innocent" bystander. Well not innocent but you can tranfer a $1000 to your paypal account and spend it pronto.

PP has been known to have 21 day holds on off-eBay sales though...
