Need advice please

Hi,

So my paypal was limited because of nearly reaching EU Receiving limits however today due to the help of the great and lovely Bunneh my docs were accepted and paypal sent me email that my account had been returned to normal standings yet when i login it still says limited and wont let me withdraw money

Its been roughly hour since she sent the email saying account back to normal
