i have a payoneer card advise me please

i want the card to last the longest.

which country should i put it under that it will be easy to get documents for.

also if i put it on a usa account can i remove it from that account and add to another account later?

The question you have to ask yourself is "in which country the payoneer card still works?"

There are issues with payoneer card recently. It was working for IT account when I added it last August but I do not know if it can still work...
