Can't send your payment right now
 
Has anyone still been getting this? It suddenly seems to have went away for me anyway. I mean on brand new accounts. 1-2 days old - 1-2 weeks old.

It happens on new accounts if you start moving money right away

Another one of those pesky Paypal security mechanisms.
Helps to have the account verified. Also helps to not attempt to move money received immediately.

PP has a glitch like this - sometimes I wait to repeat - happens regardless of age as well

yep this is a soft limit they put on on your paypal account, so if you use the 'send money' option on payments that have only been received less than a day or 2 it will do this as a precaution. It usually goes away after 72 hours.

Yeah I havent heard of anyone getting that in a while
