| Ok here is an update on this account. The account is under 90 days old it originally had both VCC and VBA attached to it. I never add a bank until the hold is over. The VBA that was link to the account was taken off by paypal because The ebay fee was not enough in the paypal account and paypal attempted to withdrawl the remainder from the VBA. So now I would need to add another Bank to the account in order to remove the 500 limit. But the phone number on file is no longer available.
When I say "recover" I mean saving the account to be fully functionally verified.
adding another VBA is not working as Paypal does not give you instant verify on this situation only deposit verify |
