We declined your transaction for your safety

I purchased a stealth account and sold my first item. I used a different IP, different user account but transaction was declined by Paypal because of the card on file. Can I attach a visa gift card with registered stealth information to bypass this?

If you have no access to the previous CC used with the account, then yes, attaching a new VCC is the only way to fix this if this is what Paypal is asking for. Try it and let us know.

Stealth visa card should work in general.
