hello thank you all my english is no so good

i made a withdraw to my local bank but for x reason the bank account was closed the next day the paypal transaction show completed but the money was not deposited now what happen with the money/transaction? thank you again

You have to contact the bank that closed. PayPal won't be able to help nor will any members here really until you figure out why your bank acct was closed.

Yes will be returned to the PayPal account it was withdrawn from

Usually can take around 3 Business Days, but in some cases the Bank holds the funds and you need to speak with them , it all depends on why it was closed and what Bank

It does of course depend on the reason your bank was closed.

Was PayPal the reason??

I had this happen before, it took about 7 business days before the money showed back up into my pp.

is a local bank in puerto rico thank should i receive a email saying aboout the transfer was fail or somtething like?

I use to work for a bank so I will share what I know. When a deposit is made into a account like a PP deposit it is instant for the receiving bank and goes directly into something called a "warehouse" and is held for 3 days typically. After 3 days it is either moved from the warehouse to your account or is sent back to the sender. As far as I know your bank should be able to just divert the money into a open account. I just hope you get the correct banker. If you get the wrong guy or gal the mismatching names might and more than likely will be a issue as they can see that too. In most cases your bank would rather just move the money to a open account because sending it back cost the money. Hope this info helps. Send me a PM if you have more questions.
