Paypal trouble making Purchase
 

Hey guys,

Have a question to ask - I recently got banned / usual paypal rubbish so set up a new account and they have limited this now but I wanted to use it so I could make purchases. Is there a way I can shop online using paypal but without becoming limited?

Why are you getting limited ?
Are you getting linked using same IP or not creating a new user account??

You need to fix your method of creating accounts or this will keep happening.

Think it is because they limited me for delivering to my home address - just wondered though if I used different IP / my cc to pay for item but say my brothers address so can collect parcel at his house would this work?

When setting up a new PayPal and eBay account everything got to be different from
The details you originally used different address not the same that's why you got banned
If you want to purchase stuff you will have to rent a mailbox and then register that address

It would only work if you or any one else has NOT used this address on ebay before.
