Is there really a thing called FRESH IP?

The internet has been here for awhile and since its invention, so many computers and devices has utilized IP address technology to keep track of things. Some companies out on the internet sell "Fresh IP address" and I doubt it is really fresh new IP address. What do you guys think? Is there really such thing as Fresh IP ADDRESS?

I've been using 24vc.com Fresh IP services for awhile now. One of the members "123" runs in. It's awesome. A little expensive, but easy to use and so far no problems. I've used about a dozen to date.

24vc is small and specialized, I don't think they are on anybody's radar.

And YES, there ARE such things as "Fresh IP" addresses.

Expensive is probably not the right word to use. It's just a business expense at the end of the day.
If you have an account that is solid, nice limits and no link mistakes then why not invest some money and get the limits lifted and 100% safe IP?
These are one off payments(IP is Monthly, I get it) but if that makes the account last longer then surely it's just a business expense the same way you buy packing material and printer paper?
If an account brings you in thousands of $/£ then it's pennies that you are spending on making sure that the account is 100% secure and strong.

So yeah, it's not expensive any more than printer paper is. We just live in a world where most people want everything free, think short term gain and prioritize quantity over quality.

It is still possible to get "fresh" IPs, but there must be a solid explanation why do you need it. Organizations like RIPE still offer IPs, that are in reserve, or taken from old members for non-payments or policy violations. Quite a hard quest to accomplish, but possible. Not to mention tons of IP networks belonging to small regional ISPs, that are not over-abused for sure.
