I have had this with mostly premier accounts and business accounts.
The page first starts off asking for what kind of business you are.. if that rings a bell :rolleyes:
They do this to most of my accounts. I have had it very recently happen to an account that already had the SSN and such, but they never checked against the national database so they kept asking.
This happens to most or all of my accounts, I have had accounts run perfect until the end but never did they think the account was a stealth account or limit me in any ways..
