PayPal will not allow me to add a bank
 

Every time I try to add a bank to my new PayPal accounts I get an error message stating that they can't add my bank account at this time. Sometimes right after I attempt to add the bank my Paypal account becomes limited. Not really sure what's going on; does anyone have any ideas?

The bank might be on their blacklist.. which bank are you using?

Definitely a blacklisted bank. Especially if its causing instant limitation.
Is it Ally bank by any chance? Certain branches of BoA have also been known lately to cause problems.

Try using a different bank...BoA seems to be a top choice around here.

Most of your threads are stating issues with paypal.

What type of bank are you using? Are you using any of the main banks or something else?

Could you run thro' your method to see if we can pin-point problems.

Must be so annoying for you.
