You can use vanilla visa GIFT CARD for the cc but not for bank, and I have heard amercian express does not work for BANK--open a Bank of America, so far great luck with that

Prepaid Cards are not good idea, they have been abused to death!

Is there any particular reason why you're not going with an actual bank? Even if you get one of those prepaid card banks to add, chances are high you're going to end up with problems. At the very least, they almost always reject mismatched name deposits.

It's a lot simpler to just use a real bank account. The major banks are best as they give people the least amount of problems. You can even open a new bank account online without ever having to leave your house.
