ship to unconfirmed address?
 

I have a 500$ item i have sold on ebay. The buyer paid with paypal. The address is unconfirmed and the buyer has no feedback on ebay. Under seller protection It says i am covered for item not received. Should i refuse to ship this item>? I suspect the buyer will receive the item and then file a chargeback saying it wasnt a valid chargge? I havent shipped it yet and will await response.

I would hate to lose the sale, but I myself wouldn't risk it.

If you are even thinking about it, I would use this link...eBay Search: Find Contact Information and get their registered Ebay phone number and have a conversation with them.

That way you can kind of feel out the situation.

If you have doubt then you probably shouldn't go through with it. I wouldn't risk it.

on paypal it now says he is verified but still only shows elligible for item not received. I sent him an email asking him to confirm his address. and he replied back that he just did.

I called paypa and they of course had no clue. I told them it says elligible for seller protection for item not received. They said well then its elligibile. So i say ok well what if they charge it back and say it was an unauthorized purchase. She tells me then nothing is covered. Well then whats the damn point!.
